The terms of working together.

General terms for this website and authorized use of Spendle. Your signed organizational agreement defines the commercial service you receive.

LAST UPDATED / 9 October 2026

Provider and scope

Spendle is a product of M.T.D. TECHNOLOGY S.R.L., VAT RO32665681, registered headquarters Priloage 2, Vâlcea, Romania. These terms apply to website use and authorized Spendle access. Your organization’s signed order, service agreement, data processing agreement and support terms take precedence where they address the same matter. Enquiring through this website does not create a subscription.

Accounts and permitted use

Spendle is intended for professional expense reporting, requests and approvals. Use requires authorization from your organization. Keep credentials secure, respect assigned permissions, submit accurate records and notify your administrator of suspected unauthorized access.

You must not attempt to access other organizations’ data, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service or use it unlawfully. Your organization manages users and access, including suspending access where necessary to protect its workspace.

Application license and ownership

Subject to your organization’s agreement, MTD grants authorized users a limited, nonexclusive right to use Spendle for that organization’s business purposes. MTD and its licensors retain rights in the software, branding and documentation. Your organization retains its rights in the records and documents it submits.

For apps distributed by Apple, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a separate custom EULA is provided for the app. Apple is not the provider of Spendle’s organizational subscription or support service.

Packages, billing and support

The advertised monthly packages are €58 for Package 1, €120 for Package 2 including Level 1 support, and €240 for Enterprise including Tier 3 support. Each package is all-inclusive and supports unlimited users and clients without a per-seat fee.

The signed order defines the commencement date, invoice cycle, applicable tax treatment, payment terms, renewal, cancellation, infrastructure responsibilities and the scope of each support level. No response-time or availability guarantee is created by this website. Any SLA must be expressly agreed. Changes to an existing subscription follow the notice and change terms in its agreement.

Client deployments and responsibilities

MTD provides Helm charts and supporting documentation for deployment of the backend and web workspace. For client-operated environments, your organization is responsible for infrastructure, identity-provider configuration, secure secret handling, access administration, backups, maintenance and monitoring as allocated in its agreement. Charts do not include a complete managed Kubernetes, database or identity platform.

Records and financial decisions

Spendle helps organize records and approval decisions. Your organization remains responsible for expense policy, the accuracy of submitted documents, accounting, tax compliance and reimbursement decisions. Approval in Spendle does not itself transfer money or constitute legal or accounting advice.

Privacy and data requests

Use of personal data is described in our privacy policy and your organization’s applicable notice. Data processing, retention and deletion obligations are also governed by its agreement. Our deletion guidance explains how to direct a request to the responsible operator.

Availability, liability and termination

Product functionality, maintenance and service commitments are defined in the applicable agreement. The website is provided for general information and may be updated. To the extent permitted by law, MTD does not guarantee that website content will be free of errors or interruptions. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension, termination, liability limits, data export and return or deletion at the end of service are governed by your organization’s agreement and applicable law. Contact your administrator before your account is closed if you require access to business records.

Applicable law and contact

These general terms are governed by Romanian law, subject to mandatory rights and any jurisdiction agreed in your organization’s contract. For licensing, billing or legal enquiries, contact contact@mtdtechnology.net.
